Premarital Preparation Consultation — $100

A private 60-minute educational session designed to help couples discuss important topics before marriage.

Topics may include communication, conflict resolution, finances, household expectations, family and parenting expectations, shared goals, values, and preparation for married life.

Premarital Preparation offered by Lady’s Way is educational and informational and is not licensed counseling, therapy, mental-health treatment, or legal advice.

This consultation is included in the $450 Signature Full-Service Ceremony.

How It Works

1. Request Your Date

Use the online booking form to provide your preferred ceremony date, time, location, and package.

2. Receive Confirmation

Lady’s Way will review availability, location, travel requirements, and ceremony details before confirming the booking.

3. Plan Your Ceremony

Depending on your selected package, we will discuss ceremony style, vows, readings, special elements, rehearsal needs, and other preferences.

4. Say “I Do”

Arrive with your valid marriage license and enjoy your ceremony while Lady’s Way handles the officiant responsibilities.

5. License Completion

Following the ceremony, the officiant portion of the marriage license will be completed and handled according to applicable requirements.

Before Your Ceremony

Couples should have their valid Tennessee marriage license before the ceremony.

Please provide advance notice regarding:

  • Rehearsal requirements

Travel & Additional Services

Standard package pricing applies within the designated service area.

Additional charges may apply for:

Travel outside the standard service area, same-day requests, holiday ceremonies, extended rehearsals, specialty ceremony elements, excessive waiting time, or requests requiring substantial additional preparation.

All applicable pricing will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Do we need a marriage license before booking?

You can request your ceremony date before obtaining the license, but a valid marriage license must be available before a legal marriage ceremony can be performed.

Can we write our own vows?

Absolutely. You may use your own vows, traditional vows, or request help incorporating personalized wording into your ceremony.

Do you perform religious ceremonies?

Yes. Religious, spiritual, interfaith, and non-religious ceremony styles may be accommodated based on the couple’s preferences. Lady’s Way does not represent itself as clergy unless otherwise applicable.

Do you travel to wedding venues?

Yes. Mobile officiant service is available at homes, venues, parks, event spaces, and other agreed-upon locations throughout the service area.

How long are ceremonies?

Most ceremonies are approximately 15–20 minutes, although simple legal ceremonies may take only 5–10 minutes and customized ceremonies may last 20–30 minutes.

Is a rehearsal included?

A rehearsal is included in the Signature Full-Service Ceremony package. Rehearsals for other packages start at $100.

Can we have a same-day ceremony?

Same-day requests may be accepted when availability, location, and documentation permit.
